Welcome to the blue horizon motorhome hire website.
We are a family run business based in the beautiful Lake District,
Cumbria, only 30 minutes form the border of Scotland.

We have just purchased a Bessacarr E495 motorhome,
which is a stunning luxury 6 berth motorhome. It has the same layout as

A few years ago we tried to rent a
motorhome/camper van for our holiday, and we were disappointed with
what we found on offer from other motorhome/campervan rental companies
at the time so……
We started ‘Blue Horizon Motorhome Hire’ but we
decided to do it a different way, to give you a choice of motorhomes
that you would buy for yourselves. We then equipped the motorhomes with
everything needed to make your rental all that it can be. No longer
will the organizer of your holiday have to worry to remember bedding,
towels, washing up liquid, kitchen rolls, toilet rolls, or even a hair
dryer, because with our Motorhome hire it is all included. We have tried to include everything to make your family holiday considerably easier and fun.
With our motorhome hire the price you see is the
price you pay, there are no additional costs for bedding, towels,
additional drivers, parking of your car or even the VAT, it is already
included, you just bring the FUN.
At Blue Horizon motorhome hire, we consider your
families safety paramount. The 4 berth is the Firebrand 600, this has 4
full seat belts and the 6 berths are the Firebrand 630 (of which we
have 2) and a Bessacarr E495 new for 2008, these have 6 full seat
belts. With safety for children in mind we had additional safety locks
fitted to the main entrance door, as the doors are quite easy to open
from the inside, and as a mother I now how inquisitive children can be.
We have excellent ‘top of the
range’ motorhomes for hire in UK only. All have SAT/NAV, TV/DVD player,
awning, picnic table and chairs, bike racks and much more.
All our motorhome rentals are suitable for couples,
families and/or friends. Hopefully there is something for everyone.
With gadgets such as satellite navigation and reversing camera
(something for him).
Fully equipped, comfortable and a hair
dryer (for her) a TV/DVD player (for them) and there is also some
out-door games (for all the family).
The Motorhome rental season is not restricted to a
holiday in Summer as all our camper vans have heating so are available
all year with low/mid season weekend/midweek availabity and 7 nights in
high season.
So, if you have never tried a motorhome rental
before, or you have had a vw camper van rental and fancy something a
bit more spacious, give it a try. With a motorhome hire you have the
freedom to holiday at your pace and to suit your family.
Also people wishing to purchase a motorhome should
try before you buy there are so may variations of motorhomes to choose
from that you really need to have tried one first as it could be a very
costly mistake.
